The OFP provides Pedigree Certificates for owners of any Soay that has been recorded in the Open Flockbook. The Certificates are now in PDF format suitable for printing on 8-1/2 x 11 inch paper.
Q: Who is entitled to receive one of these Certificates?
A: Whoever owns the sheep or lamb, either the breeder or the subsequent owner.
Q: What do the Certificates look like?

Q: Is there a charge for Certificates?
A: No. We prepare and email them free of charge.
Q: What if I sell one of my sheep?
A: Email the new owner's contact information and we will generate and email an updated
Certificate to the new owner.
Q: What if I find errors in a Certificate or have new information about the animal?
A: Notify us of the error and we will exchange the old Certificate for a new one.
Q: How do I go about getting a Certificate for one of my Soay?
